Any of the major AI labs have deep research options for prompts, so you can ask AI how to research a topic by asking it to create your deep research prompt, then you feed that prompt to the AI, and you will get what is essentially a scientific paper, complete with citations on the subject you choose. If you give that to another AI to cross check for accuracy and completeness, you can greatly reduce confabulation or hallucination, making in completely suitable for reliable personal use. You can print it out if you want a hard copy. There is no reason to ever buy a nonfiction book when 5 minutes of prompting and a 30-minute run on a deep research prompt will give you a more complete, completely unbiased, bespoke research treatise on any subject you want.

I know that's not what nonfiction authors want to hear, but that is the reality.
