I'm very heartened to hear you are "tying myself to the mast of long-form". I think the AI tools are extremely useful, but as you allude to, there is something very special in the focus and in the journey of a book or long-form podcast. It's a deep sharing of much more than just information, and I think, it's a far more meaningful catalyst for real personal growth.
