The owner of a North Vancouver chlorine plant is suing a competitor over a covert online campaign that nearly ended the plant’s operations.

Chemtrade, which operates the chlorine plant, filed a defamation lawsuit against K2 Pure Solutions and lobbying firm Crestview Strategy this month in the B.C. Supreme Court.
