Close votes review queue audit shows retired "Opinion-based" reason in banner

This audit showed "Opinion-based" in the banner as the reason a user voted to close. This is the second audit of its type I have encountered today.

Now that this close reason has been retired, I believe that signposting a review with "Opinion-based" as a closure reason makes an audit way too easy to detect.

I suggest such audits be removed from the review queue.
