Moderna与默沙东mRNA个体化癌症疗法III期达标，系新抗原疗法首次阳性结果。intismeran autogene联合KEYTRUDA用于完全切除的IIB-IV期黑色素瘤患者，主要终点无复发生存期和关键次要终点远处转移无生存期均达标。这是mRNA抗癌疗法首次获得阳性III期数据，也是首个个体化新抗原疗法的III期成功。
