This week we kicked off an internal “Ask Me Anything” series with senior leaders at Flagship. I was the test case, which meant sharing my views not only on Flagship’s strategy and AI in biotech but on Armenian folk dance and basketball.

As I said to the team, Flagship is a highly unusual organizational life-form — in many ways, it’s an experiment itself. That is what makes it such an exciting place to work, and enables us to so relentlessly pursue ideas that are unprecedented, unreasonable, and transformative if true.
