Claude knows about my employer in Incognito

Sorry for terrible paint work, but it does the job I believe. I use personal subscription. I went to Incognito mode, asked one single question. The answer includes an abbreviation same as my employer, and Claude explained the difference by referring to my employers name. How and why is this happening? If this is normal then what is the practical use of incognito? Thanks... 1st edit after seeing the first responses: a. This is not browser incognito mode, this is incognito chat from Claude chat window. b.
