Where do I do my internship?

I have 2 options: 1st Studio: Went today to do an interview. She didn't even know I was coming because she didn't read my confirmation email (where she decided the day and the hour). Mind you, she sent that on a Friday and scheduled the meeting on a Monday without asking if it was okay for me. I responded 20 minutes after she sent it. And it didn't feel like an interview. She talked more about the studio, didn't really have questions for me. Pretty informal, i butted in when I could to talk about myself. She showed me her other projects, that weren't on their instagram or their website. I wasn't really digging neither the instagram or their web (which she admitted was quite abandoned, just like the website which showed none of their work). The place was super small, it was only her, and she had two other coworkers but each worked in their own space. She told me the schedule could be flexible, as long as I covered the internship hours I was required. As for the quality of her works, it was pretty good, she told me I'd mostly be doing branding projects and social media. She mostly worked for friends or friends of friends. Pretty chill. Therefore, my conclusion was that it was a more modern, newer studios than the ones established in my city. They had good works, but didn't show it properly online. Disorganised, so I'm pretty scared of that. It wasn't exactly what I had expected and imagined, but i thought that maybe I could do more cool projects here, more modern? Alternative? But I kinda pictured the work environment or style just from this one meeting and I have a feeling it might be chaotic, and might lead to more stress than I thought. 2nd Studio: The owner is an established person in the design field here in my city. I've visited their studio and it's super cool. Everyone works there together, it has an open plan office-studio vibe. It's kinda prestigious, because the owner has been working in the field for 30 years and has a good reputation of being kind and helpful. The only thing I could complain about was that their projects lean on more classic design. More basic, not very modern, young or social media focused. But their website and instagram has way more better presentation than the other studio. I've known people who did their internship there and they came out happy. The schedule might be a bit less flexible (but to tell the truth, the 1st studio just told me to do whatever I wanted), this studio at least gave me an idea of the hours I had to study, and were open to discuss with me my availability. They didn't ask for an interview, just asked me when I wanted to start. Maybe they'll ask me for one along the way, but they explicitely told me they were happy to welcome me with open arms. So basically I'm between a fresh studio who does more modern projects (from friends, friends of friends), social media, they do branding for bars, restaurants, cafes, events. But looks to be a bit chaotic and disorganised and doesn't have the prestige of the other one. And the other studio has prestige in my city, is more mature and organised. But isn't very innovative? Their more classic design, but they do it well of course. I just think they're a bit more boring. I don't know what to choose. The ideal would've been a mix of the two: a studio with prestige, with a good work environment, and cooler more fresh projects. My goal is to learn, but maybe choosing the first studio could prepare me for the social media based world we live in, but the other studio comes with a good environment, and a wise teacher that could teach me things from their experience of the past. What do I choose, the future or the past?
