I have been using ICPI as a cash holding vehicle at Schwab since it has higher returns than SHV or SGOV/VBIL.

As you've noted, between the two of us, we're holding down the fort on ICPI (and for me RBIL as well).
I see ICPI's AUM is now over $24M and RBIL is at $169M
With some competition, I'm surprised RBIL hasn't lowered its e/r.
