Just tried to listen to the interview with Lazaroff and, sorry, couldn’t make it all the way through. His delivery was very [too?] polished and almost sounded rehearsed. His tone and delivery definitely set off the “he’s a salesman” alarm, which I guess he ultimately is. (He beat the cereal/food analogy to death.)
