Retention services to lower bill

Does anyone know if Tmobile has any retention pricing like Internet providers do? Where you can call them for a better deal or pricing? I know Internet providers do this but since phone companies have tiered plans I wonder how it’s possible I have Experience More with Appreciation Savings. I buy my phones in full and don’t get my phones through them
