Extra Visa perk not accessible this week

I've for the TMUS Visa and one of my lines, there's a placeholder for two 7-11 snacks this week, but it's greyed out and I can't activate it. It's only on one of my lines. Anyone else experiencing this or thoughts on how to access it?
