Labor marketplaces. I will not promote

Anyone doing labor marketplaces here? I could really use someone to talk to and share ideas with. I’m in skilled trades industry and having some difficulty finding workers. I basically use the same resources as everyone else so I’m trying to find unique ways to find workers and bring them onto the platform.
