Rebuild a reference ad with Astra + Hypit, including the edit
A useful brief for Astra is: “Take this reference ad and rebuild it for this product.” The input should include the video, product images and the facts the new ad can actually claim. Say the reference opens with a presenter pushing a product into frame, cuts to a close-up on a particular word, then stacks three animated benefits beside it. Rewriting the dialogue leaves most of that sequence undecided. Someone still has to make the entrance, close-up, graphics and voice land together. With the Hypit skill in Codex, Astra can work through that production. Hypit gives the agent word-timed transcripts and frame sequences to study the reference, plus an editable project for the script, footage, captions and graphics. Astra directs the work through tools; the selected generation services make any new images or video it needs. The adaptation needs a new reason for each shot. If the reference demonstrates a skincare texture and the new product is a reusable bottle, that close-up might become a hand opening its lid. The line, action and on-screen label all need to change with it. Keeping the reference's pace doesn't mean keeping a demonstration that no longer makes sense. Ask for the finished video and the Hypit project together. Once the actual clips are available, the agent can review their timing and composition, then revise the project. A follow-up like “bring the benefit cards in one at a time and keep the selected presenter take” should have separate footage and graphics to work with. open source repo(hypit-ai/hypit)
