[surname].com unavailable, what alternatives would you choose?

As my [surname].com is taken I’ve decided to use another TLD. Unfortunately, my ccTLD is taken as well. Thus I’m not quite sure which one to choose. If you were to be an employer, git contributor, or just a person. How would you approach these in an e-mail: [surname].org [surname].net [surname].me [surname].dev [surname].io [surname].eu ! No domain hack available as well Is any appealing? Would some of them be off to you? Like give the wrong impression? Particularly .org intrigues me. But I’m also afraid that .dev and .eu is a bit too specific as I’ve not totally figured out whether I want to be a developer or lock in to something as .eu. Or would simply firstname [surname].tld be sufficient? I just really like [firstname]@[surname].tld for e-mails. But will probably get both, where I use firstname [surname].tld for a website then [surname].tld for e-mail.
