HDHomeRun Direct Play

In an effort to reduce the amount of transcoding my server needs to do, I'd like to direct play live tv feeds from my HDhomerun in both browser(firefox) clients and a roku client. I have attempted to adjust settings to allow for this, but I have not been successful. I suspect it is a bandwidth limit set somewhere that is forcing transcoding as I believe the roku and browser clients should be able to direct play the mpeg2video streams.

The ffmpeg logs show the following streams for a couple different channels:
Stream #0:0[0x31]: Video: mpeg2video (Main) ([2][0][0][0] / 0x0002), yuv420p(tv, top first), 1920x1080 [SAR 1:1 DAR 16:9], 29.97 fps, 29.97 tbr, 90k tbn
Side data:
cpb: bitrate max/min/avg: 19400000/0/0 buffer size: 7995392 vbv_delay: N/A
Stream #0:1[0x34](eng): Audio: ac3 ([129][0][0][0] / 0x0081), 48000 Hz, 5.1(side), fltp, 384 kb/s
Stream #0:2[0x35](spa): Audio: ac3 ([129][0][0][0] / 0x0081), 48000 Hz, stereo, fltp, 192 kb/s

Stream #0:0[0x61]: Video: mpeg2video (Main) ([2][0][0][0] / 0x0002), yuv420p(tv, top first), 704x480 [SAR 40:33 DAR 16:9], 29.97 fps, 29.97 tbr, 90k tbn
Side data:
cpb: bitrate max/min/avg: 15000000/0/0 buffer size: 1835008 vbv_delay: N/A
Stream #0:1[0x64](eng): Audio: ac3 ([129][0][0][0] / 0x0081), 48000 Hz, stereo, fltp, 192 kb/s

What am I missing? Is there something about these streams that the clients can't handle?
