Duplicate "phantom" cast/crew entries

Environment:

• Ubuntu 24.04.4 LTS
  
• Jellyfin 10.11.11
  
• NFO writer is enabled
  
• TMDB scraper is enabled
  
• All other metadata scrapers are disabled
  

I've encountered an issue where individuals with multiple roles in a production are being duplicated in the cast/crew list, with each duplicate being some combination of those roles. For example, someone who is both a Director and Producer, Actor and Writer, etc. gains an entry with the both roles in addition to the individual roles.

It does not occur for all media items with people meeting the condition, but it does occur in most of them. I have not been able to identify what might be causing the varied behavior, the underlying data seems consistent to me. If I touch the generated NFO files and select Media Item > Refresh metadata > Scan for new and updated files the duplicate entries go away, but return the next time metadata is refreshed from the provider.

These duplicate/combined entries:

• appear for both movies and tv shows
  
• are returned by the API
  
• are not listed at Media Item > Edit metadata > People
  
• are not written to the NFO files
