Playback Error

Help!
I can't get the playback through Jellyfin to work. I was able to use MakeMKV to rip the TV show, saved it on my computer and can play it just fine in VLC Player but I get "Playback Error. Unable to find a valid media source to play" anytime I try to use the Jellyfin website or app. I'll put a screenshot of what I see in this thread.

I'm not sure what to do. Google Gemini told me to try the app "Infuse" on my phone for playback so I did that but it still didn't work.

Any ideas?
