San Diego police are investigating homicide in Mount Hope

San Diego police are investigating a homicide in Mount Hope Monday morning after a person was found dead.

Police were called to an apartment complex at 3533 Island Avenue around 11:56 p.m. Sunday, where one person was found dead, SDPD officer Foster said.

No other details have been released. NBC 7 is at the scene attempting to gather more details.
