In last week’s newsletter, I promised to analyze the earnings calls of major companies such as MediaTek（聯發科） and Delta Electronics（台達電）.

Unfortunately, I have to break that promise, because MediaTek made a major personnel announcement yesterday:

“We are pleased to announce that Mr. Navid Shahriari, who brings 37 years of experience in semiconductor design engineering and advanced packaging at Intel, along with substantial hands-on experience in the data center market, will join MediaTek as Senior Vice President on November 9.”
