First time building a SaaS and suddenly lost motivation [I will not promote]

I’ve been a full-stack engineer for 2 years and always wanted to build something of my own. A few weeks ago, I finally found a project idea I genuinely loved and believed, spent all my free time building it, and got it to a point where it’s ready for early user feedback.
