Made a live dashboard for DeepSeek Harness sessions: watch V4.1 Flash edit files, run builds and think in real time

preview.redd.it/r7j2n4n9mnwh1.png DeepSeek Harness writes session logs locally; agenttail tails them and shows the file tree, an editor typing each edit, the terminal (with ninja/ctest progress) and the reasoning stream. It also estimates cost with the official peak/off-peak prices. I've been running V4.1 Flash on long build-and-test jobs, and watching it is honestly fun. It's fast and dirt cheap.
