Realized I have no wedge (I will not promote)

I’m genuinely so upset right now. I thought I had something special. Something never seen before. Just a couple months ago barely any company solved this very specific narrow problem well, now it’s everywhere. I just hate this shit man, I don’t know what to do. Do I keep building? Finish the product then advertise maybe get sales? I have no more differentiators. I had a plan, I followed it, I got to some conclusions naturally which helped me differentiate my product but just as I’m close to finishing my pro
