Looking for advice please

So, I have 3 devices 1 Old Dell PC with 8Gb ram - Using it as a system for testing multiple things (doesn’t matter if it breaks and I can start fresh) currently has ProxMox with Ubuntu VM. 2 RPi4 running as an infrastructure services system - such as homepage, uptime Kuma, Prometheus, grafana, nGinx etc. 3 HP G4 Pc with 32gb Ram, 512GB SSD and 2 x 2TB HDDs (mirrored). Currently has proxmox installed. I want to setup 3rd system as Photo and Video server for personal photos along with additional services if I need to run in future. Looking for your insights as best way to make it a photo and video sever, please. Also, advice as what else can be done to make this system more useful.
