我目前的雙 Mac 加上 Omarchy/Windows 配置組合

這幾台裝置都可以透過 Tailscale + SSH 互連，然後透過 herdr 內建的指令，我可以直接在 A 裝置的 herdr 上面操作 B 裝置的 Claude Code session，非常魔幻。
