Selfhosted service for saving recipes from social media (w/ local AI)

As per the title, I was wondering whether there is something I can self host to be able to save recipes from social media platforms like instagram and have it extract the recipes from the caption and organize everything. Maybe also something where I can use my locally running AI. Most of the apps I found on the AppStore for this are not free and offer subscriptions unfortunately
