Calls not coming in/going out

I need to know if anyone else is experiencing this issue because I am beyond exhausted. I have been having an issue for about two months where I will receive voicemails with no missed calls. My family will usually text asking for a call back, and when I try to call the phone won't even ring. Sometimes it gets stuck on the "calling" screen and won't let me hang up. I had this issue on my Flip 6. Throughout the past two months, I've worked with T-Mobile to refresh phone settings, refresh the network connection from their side, and do general troubleshooting like that. They then said my device might be defective, so I spent $1500 on a Fold 8 (because of one missed payment earlier this year they wouldn't finance it for me). Yes, I know this step was unnecessary, but i am just that frustrated. I have had this new phone for 2 days and it started having the same issue. On top of everything, i have been missing health-related phone calls for me and my father, so the stress is extra high. All this to say, has anyone else been having a similar issue? Have you found any resolution? My husband has been having the same issue, and we are on two different accounts, and he has an Apple device.
