Grant macOS permissions automatically

When using codex to develop Mac applications, codex often gets stuck because it needs macOS permissions, such as accessibility and screen recording permissions. These permissions can only be granted manually via the GUI, so codex has no choice but to stop until I notice and grant these permissions. Apple does not provide any way of granting these permissions via the command line, even with sudo access. I created a tool that lets you grant permissions automatically via the command line.
