Would it make sense to buy the 2036 to avoid this deflation risk, and then in the upcoming years, as the 10-year 2037, 2038 and 2039 TIPS come on the market, sell the 2036's and buy these new issues?
If your concern is deflation, why would you pursue TIPS over nominals?
