Do Vanguard and Schwab correct for the double payment? Or is this like the Fidelity ATM flaw, that lets you scam them out of money?

Vanguard did not after 3 trading days, so I corrected it myself. No notices of overdrawn either though there is a negative amount shown titled "Total credits & debits" while the Settlement fund shows $0.00. Can you find how to show "Total credits & debits"?

The fact that there is a negative amount showing would indicate that there would be an accounting at some point.
