Seagate Exos recertified price increase

Recertified 28TB was at $699 like a week ago. I feel like these were the last relatively cheap option. I bought some of these 28TB and one was a new drive (manufactured a couple months ago) with one head disabled (probably down binned), while the others had manufacture dates from 2024 and 2025, and were likely used.
