FWIW, Schwab does the same. I have to go to transaction history to see if it is a pending reinvestment or a cash dividend. If the former, I have to make a mental note not to touch it for the day.

Vanguard has difficulty showing pending transactions which are not orders, too. That is, pending automatic withdrawals or reinvestments are not shown in my accounts even though the paid dividends that will be transferred or reinvested are shown just like other paid dividends. That is, they are indistinguishable.

For example, Vanguard lets you transfer a dividend payment to your external checking account, then transfers the same dividend payment to your external checking account itself. That is, the dividend amount can be transferred twice to your external checking account.
