Our voice

Don’t forget to fill out your “Our Voice” survey. It’s one of the few times they (supposedly) listen to us, so don’t waste it by putting a smiley face on everything. If you’re sick of the constant poorly planned changes, the lack of communication, being treated like we’re disposable, and working for a company that only cares about the numbers while we get screwed… say it. It doesn’t have to be aggressive, just honest. Tell them how you actually feel. Because if we all say “everything’s fine” again, they’ll keep thinking this is normal. Use the survey. It’s anonymous (or so they say). Don’t stay quiet.
