Weird 5G Data Issue

I've been having really weird/persistent data issues with TMO recently. I'm not sure if it's the plan transfer, the 2G retirement, or something else, but 5G+ has been weird/bad. It alternates between good (2-4x LTE) 5G+ dl speeds, and horrible (1/4-1/2x LTE) dl speeds, and sometimes appear to stop completely (no data on 5G+ even if icon is present). Switching off/on 5G always fixes it. 4-5 bars on both LTE and 5G+. Sometimes restarting helps, other times it doesn't. Has anyone has similar issues and any ideas about troubleshooting?
