Qatar startup fund? [I will not promote]

Hey everyone, has anyone applied or has been accepted to the Qatar startup investment fund? Qatar is currently accepting startups that have an mvp or prototype with funding of up to $1.1million. Or for already established startups, you can get up to $5.5million for growth. Obviously you will need to relocate to Qatar, but they do help with housing and getting a visa and a load of other benefits. As far as I know it's open to all countries. What do you guys think? Seems like a good opportunity. Link in the comments.
