Local DNS via Pi-Hole, issues with Flathub

Don't know if i am the only one who faces this issue This happens with almost all the apps, but I will focus on Browsers for now. - On my Zen browser, my Local DNS Entries, added to Pi-Hole, show 'website not found' - On Firefox, installed via Snap or Apt, work fine... How do I solve this (On Ubuntu)? p.s. Sites work with IP:Port
