WhatsApp chat to book

I want to turn 2 and a bit years worth of WhatsApp chat into year long book volumes but really don’t want to use zapptales due to the contents of the chats. I feel like I could probably bind the book myself because I have done smaller projects before but I need to know how to set up the files to be printed and such I’d prefer someone that I wouldn’t need to send off to a different company or anything and I’m fine with it looking pretty basic
