OpenWorkers: an open-source, self-hostable Cloudflare Workers alternative (Rust + V8, MIT)

I've been testing OpenWorkers , which is in public beta. It's an open-source serverless platform written in Rust that runs the Cloudflare Workers programming model. You can self-host it or use their hosted version. TypeScript runs with no build step. JS and TS run in V8 isolates, and Rust, TinyGo or any wasi:http component runs as WebAssembly. What the hosted dashboard gives you Workers: an in-browser editor with live preview, live log streaming, custom domains and cron triggers. Every worker gets a .workers.rocks URL. A built-in Claude assistant in the editor: you bring your own Anthropic API key and pick Haiku, Sonnet, or Opus. Environments: group variables and bindings (dev, prod and so on) and attach them to workers. You can bind variables, KV, storage, databases and other workers , which works like CF's service bindings. Databases: their shared multi-tenant Postgres, your own PostgreSQL , or PlanetScale . KV and object storage (S3/R2-compatible). A REST API with API keys, plus a CLI, so you can deploy without the UI. Free tier: 5 workers, 5 environments, 3 databases and 3 KV namespaces. Runtime limits Each request gets 100 ms of CPU time (time spent waiting on fetch doesn't count), 60 s of total run time and up to 128 MB of memory. openworkers.com I am using this to build an internal application for my sales team. Has anyone run this (or workerd) self-hosted in production?
