How to do networking? ( i will not promote)

24M here and im planning a clothing business to start. As an introvert, I find myself hard communicating with people who are in well established business. How do you guys approach them? Out of nervousness my mind goes blank and voice gets too low and cant even speak properly like i stutter sometimes. Any tips?
