Budgeting services?

Hi, Looking for recommendations for budgeting and money flow kind of stuff. I've tried actual budget but didn't like the style of budgeting it seemed to want to do. The envelope/bucket approach isn't for me. I'm looking for something that can do the following: High preferred - intake my statements exported as CSV - Australian banks don't expose APIs to individuals so I can't automatically feed it direct from my bank. - output transactions into incoming and outgoing - identify recurring payments - doesn't just do envelope/bucket budgeting not overly complex to deploy. I looked at fireflyiii and was put off. Would like - option to link with a self hosted ai - to help identify spending leaks and where I can make cuts or what have you. I'm not the best at this so yeah I don't know if this exists?
