iPhone 18 Pro Max activation issue

Looks like the same issues that are plaguing AT&T are now impacting T-Mobile. Got my new 18 ProMax the other day and tried activating it. It’s stuck. Sim won’t transfer. Had T-Mobile plus Apple on the phone. No luck. Everything appears ok. Entered a support ticket and they responded right away that there is an issue with activation of the new ProMax. For a while my original phone was in SOS mode too but I was eventually able to activate the e-Sim and it’s working. So you may want to wait to try to activate your new phones.
