I decided to do a little rolling today.

Based on the trades indicated by my ladder manager, I sold 2 Jan 2028s, 1 Jan 2029, and 3 Jan 2030s, and with the proceeds and a little cash from the MM fund bought 9 Feb 2054s at 3.373% (3.333% SA), which is my highest yield yet. Next closest was the Tuesday buy of some 2048s at 3.355% (3.312% SA.)

The reason some of these shorter maturity TIPS showed sells today but not before is that I modified my 2027 RMD estimate based on expected growth relative to the current IRA value, which is about 4% lower than the 12/31/2025 value that had been the reference. I updated my DARA plan accordingly, which is what drove these sells.
