Self Hosting Logging Under Proxmox. How Do I Reduce Write Amplification?

All my services run under VMs and I have separate VMs depending on the type of services I host. I setup the Grafana stack and it works for collecting logs. It hammers my SSD even when just monitoring 2 docker services as a test. My writes increased from 2-3 GB/day to 40-60 GB/day on the host when I have the Grafana VM active. I'm assuming it's going to increase a lot more when I actually monitor services. The actual Grafana VM is not writing that much data. However, when I monitor the host itself, the Grafana VM is writing much more. I don't know who to mitigate this and it's been making me hesitant to setup more logging services. I use LVM-thin for all my VMs, no ZFS. Does anyone know of how I can mitigate write amplification under proxmox?
