Avoid ever autoconnecting to specific Wi-Fi access point

There is a Wi-Fi access point at my university that does not work, but when I start my Linux laptop, it always autoconnects to it.

I want to block my laptop from doing so completely. As in do not ever touch that network under any circumstances.

How can I set this up?

I am using Kubuntu 24.04.4 LTS.
