How to use AI to learn skills?

Let's say i want to learn a skill like excel, video editing, blender etc Instead of enrolling in a course and learning everything. I just want to learn whats relevant for me. I want the ai to create a overlay and a digital avatar on screen and create arrows and tell me where to click. Kind of like custom tutorials for any software. On the fly. And AI should improvise based on the questions i ask. Instead of a single prompt doing 2 hours non stop computer work or generate a video tutorial . I want AI to act has my teacher. Are there any AI tools for this? claude, astra etc?
