Lower Hourly pay

I've been with the company for about 3 years now. When I started, I was in another state at the time when the hourly was alot lower then it is now. Then, when I transferred to another store in another state, the hourly was already more then before, and then they gave everyone a raise, and it was nice. I recently, as of March, transferred to a different store in the same state and market, and this store makes a $1.50 less then all the other ones, and I've been told it's because of the zone and labor and what not. And when this store first opened, it was a light store for a short period, and then traffic picked up, so they made it a full time store, but the pay has never changed. And also, mind you, we get our goals almost every month and keep up with all the other stores, and I just feel like the hourly should be the same as every other location. We get traffic, and even on slow days, we still keep up with the other stores as well, and I know that it all comes down to the zone, but I still don't feel like the hourly should be a $1.50 less, especially when one of the locations not far from here makes that extra $1.50 and they don't hit goals and don't get that much traffic either. Again, I understand it's not based on traffic and whatever, but I don't think it's fair to have us at a lower rate when we're not even far from other locations.
