Interesting that the author looks at VTI's returns "on a price basis", versus what VOO has "returned". Is the author excluding dividends for one but not the other?

VOO indeed returned about 322%. VTI returned about 302%, as opposed to the author's 243.42% claim. Of course I am including dividends as part of the total return for BOTH funds. The fact that I'm getting the same number as the author for VOO but not the same for VTI reinforces my sense that he is making an outright fraudulent comparison (one gets dividends, the other doesn't!)

Maybe the author is related to the Beardstone ladies!
