Install scripts beat always-on machines

Part 2 of ‘Install and keep’. A cloud agent never reads your home directory, so I stopped trying to sync one and started rebuilding it at boot: a claude.ai environment with a short setup script for Claude Code on the web, and a pinned Docker image for Cursor Cloud Agents. Both work, both are snapshots, and each one goes stale in its own way.
