Hey everyone! So I found it quite difficult on this subreddit to get feedback for my product. So, I am wanting to make this an open space whereby I give you my word to check out your service, if you have a look at mine - which I think is only fair. After testing my website and the survey (linked below), please fill out your reddit username on Question 21 . Then post your product's link in the comments or dm me and I will take a look at it! :) Here is some info on my product: If you have ever hired these days, you would understand that shortlisting potential employees for culture fit is tremendously hard through a paper CV. Paper CV's are great at showcasing people's employment history, their skillset, education etc etc etc. However, as a creative myself, ensuring these people fit into the culture of the business is just as crucial as whether they have relevant experience. A paper CV would struggle to show this. I work in video production, I had a brainwave that video CV's could help massively in showcasing culture fit, and can help you learn more about an individuals personality. They even have the opportunity to tell you about an interesting work story that makes them stand out, which they would usually miss out on a paper CV. This is where First Impression comes in. It is a website whereby you can create a employee profile, including a video CV, which helps you stand out in a sea of job applications. In recording your video CV, you have the option to use Natural , Prompted or Autocue mode. Completely up to the individual depending on their preference and how comfortable they are in front of camera. These employee profiles then generate a link, which you can attach to your paper CV. It is important to note that this is not trying to replace a paper CV; but just trying to give them a voice .
