I think I’ve discovered my biggest weakness: getting anyone to care about what I’m building. 😂
I’ve been building Arden, a Windows app for making polished app demo/promo videos. Think Screen Studio, but with more focus on actually turning your recordings into product/marketing videos — smooth zooms, cursor movement, text, animations, editing, etc. The problem? I have absolutely no idea how to market it. I can spend hours building features and tweaking the UI, but then I post it somewhere and… crickets. And I don’t have a marketing budget, so I’m trying to figure out how to get the first few people organically. The app is still pretty raw, so I’m currently using the waitlist to validate the idea before I go all-in on development. 👉 ardenapp.github.io/arden So I’m curious: If you saw this for the first time, what would actually make you click the link or join the waitlist? Or, if you’ve built and launched a side project before, how did you get your first users without spending money on ads?
